Terms of Service
Leela Travel trips always include airport transfers, meals, yoga classes, accommodation and one cultural/adventure tour. Trips sometimes include tax, tips, spa services and volunteer opportunities. Trips never include alcoholic drinks, travel insurance or activities not listed in the Trip Description on the website.
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit (not exceeding 30% of total trip cost) is required to reserve your place. Deposit amounts vary by trip and can be found in the Trip Description of our website. Cut-off payment dates are listed on a per trip basis. Discounts are offered for early registration.
Refund/Cancellation policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are transferrable to another trip as long as they are processed 60 days before the start of the trip and in the event there is availability on another trip. No refunds, payment transfers, or substitutions will be accommodated if cancellation is received after 30-days prior to trip start date.
Substitutions: Substitutions for students wishing to transfer to another Leela Travel trip will be accommodated when possible and received 60 days before trip start date.
Final Payment: Final payment is due 30 days prior to trip start date. If final payments are not received Leela Travel reserves the right to cancel your reservation and accept new reservations for your space.
Changes/Retreat Cancellations: Leela Travel reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary by our business team, group leaders, teachers or resort partners. In the rare case of a cancellation on the part of Leela Travel we will offer a transfer to another trip or a full refund of your funds. Leela Travel is not responsible for any expenses or damages incurred as a result of trip cancellation including preparation costs, airline tickets, travel documents or other expenses.
Payment Options: Retreat payments can be made online using our secure checkout system. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We also accept Paypal online payments and personal checks via mail. Clients can contact us directly to arrange other payment options when necessary.
Travel Insurance: Leela Travel offers and encourages each trip member to purchase individual travel insurance for their trip. Travel insurance information is available in the Trip Description section of our website.
Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of each traveler to obtain all required travel documents including Visas and other travel documents unless otherwise noted in the Trip Description. Information regarding necessary documentation is provided per trip on our website or you can contact us for more detailed information regarding your trip requirements.
Assumption of Risk: Leela Travel is dedicated to ensuring the safety of all its travelers, although all guests must assume the risk inherent in travel. Leela Travel is not responsible for any unexpected risks or occurrences including those from weather, local political situations, wildlife or uncontrollable acts of God.
